Oceans: More Than Just a Destination

The earths ocean's, contrary to popular belief, are more than just a travel destination or beautiful scenery.  Oceans play a large role in many international issues in our society today.  State's are forced to deal with oceans in a wide variety of their international relations concerning political, economical, and environmental aspects.  This website is designed to challenge the viewers conception of oceans as merely a tourist destination and shed light on the many aspects of international relations that oceans play a part in.
